Morning and evening routines, why are all the rage at the moment? Well, have you ever felt like everyone else seems to have their stuff together? but you don’t. I know how you feel but I’m gonna let you in on something; NOBODY has their stuff together – we’re all just winging it. But what has helped me feel more like I have my stuff together are morning and evening routines. They give you structure, help you to carve out time for yourself and focus on what makes you happy.

Whether you’re a morning person or not, morning and evening routines affect the rest of your day. How you start the day can affect your mood throughout the day. The best way to improve these routines is to replace them with better ones. On good days I get up early, take supplements, journal and do yoga. So listen in to hear mine and see if you can incorporate any of those into your life.

Listen in to hear about:

  • my morning and evening routine
  • how it has affected my life
  • morning and evening routine steps you can integrate into your everyday life
