Verena Hoflehner is a certified health coach and fitness trainer , the creator of mindful body and a partner at Body Concept Vienna – which is where we met and how she inspired me to get back in touch with my body and accept it the way it is.
Her mindful body class mingles yoga, strength and high-intensity training and combines positive yoga aspects for both the body and mind such as balance, strength, flexibilit, meditation and strenuous exercises that define your body, allow you to sweat and let go.
